I guess you do not need me to tell you that these are strange times. I hope all of you, and your family and friends have come through the pandemic so far in good health.

Clearly, all of us have been affected in our R&D efforts, with laboratories being shutdown, people working from home, even whole businesses undergoing restructuring.

Nonetheless, it seems the drive for knowledge cannot be stopped: across the globe we see our customers do everything they can to continue their research, which is most heartening.

At Avantium we have not been sitting still either. This newsletter highlights some of the things we have been working on this year.
